The Mask

Throughout Halloween II we see three masks grace the screen. The first is the "hero" mask, the second is the "stunt blood tears mask", and the third is the "Tramer" mask. The "hero" used in this film was the same mask used for the hero in the original 1978 film and the "stunt blood tears" was the "second stunt mask" from the first film. The Tramer mask was one of several requested by production from Don Post Studios. The masks arrived pink with white hair and was refinished to be a silvery-white. The hero mask was used throughout the main duration of the film and we only catch the "stunt blood tears" mask for a a set frames, which was part of a reshoot.
  • The hero mask, owned by Mark Roberts
  • The stunt blood tears, owned by private individual.
  • The Tramer mask, location unknown.
